This is a tournament built from the bones of the year’s best competition of any kind - Name of the Year. They weirdly didn’t do a best name of the decade, and also their choices and seeding reflects US preferences which are subtly different from British ones, my local analysts have agreed. Anyway, we are trying to contact them to get explicit approval, but we sort of promised on the podcast that we would do this and the whole premise of the podcast, and Tall Tales in general, is promising content and then having to deliver it somehow.
